    Happy Anniversary to one of the OG Super Women of Superdry! Rosie Taylor, Senior Area Leader, is marking a phenomenal 20 years with the brand today, and her fantastic Retail Team have been celebrating with her in style! Rosie's journey began as a Sales Assistant in our Cambridge Store, progressing to Store Manager of Superdry's London Regent Street Flagship, and more recently becoming the Senior Area Leader for Scotland, Ireland, North & Airports.     I'm delighted to share that we have published our 2024 Sustainability Report this week, ensuring we continue our mission to communicate our journey with transparency and integrity.   Despite a hugely challenging economic period for Retail, sustainability remains central to our brand DNA, and we are incredibly proud that we can continue to set an example for both the fashion industry and our consumers.   Some of our key achievements over the past 12 months include: - 64% of our volume has been converted to low impact, organic or recycled materials, just 1% away from our 2025 target. - Maintaining our CDP A- position for Climate Disclosure, placing Superdry in the top 25% of our sector. - Achieving our Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) 'Scope 3' targets for 2030 (six years ahead), delivering a 58% reduction in our global carbon footprint. - Continuing our investment in organic cotton, meaning we now support enough farmers to produce organic cotton for 100% of our needs.  - The use of recycled polyester in our outerwear, overtaking our use of conventional polyester. - Our collaborations with Envision Racing Formula E and Superdry Kids X Next, enabling us to push the boundaries of sustainable fabric technology within new markets.  My sincere thanks to Nicola Slater and the Sustainability Team here at Superdry (alongside all our Sustainability Warriors across the business!), it's a privilege to work alongside a group of people who are so passionate about making Superdry a leading light within our sector, and for continuously raising the bar and holding us accountable for the choices we make as a brand.   Please take a few minutes to read the report - you're all integral in communicating Superdry's journey and raising awareness of how our industry can take steps to combat the climate crisis facing our planet.    Many Thanks Shaun #Sustainability #Superdry

    Superdry Kids X Next We're thrilled to announce the official launch of Superdry Kids, our new premium kidswear brand, in partnership with online retailer Next. The range is available to shop now on www.next.co.uk, and will also be available in selected Next stores from November. Look out for fresh arrivals dropping each week in the run up to Christmas. Taking inspiration from Superdry's vast archive of prints and graphics, the 95-piece collection features outerwear, t-shirts, sweatshirts, polos, dresses and more, for girls and boys aged 2-10 years,  perfect for kids who want to stand out with bold, fun, and contemporary designs.   So much hard work has gone into the making of Superdry Kids, with a special shout out to Laura Hannam (Collection Strategy) & Lauren Warfield (Design), whose vision has brought this collection to life, and to everyone across the various teams at Superdry and Next who contributed to making this special collaboration happen. Commenting on the launch earlier this month, Superdry CEO & Founder, Julian Dunkerton, said: "Inspired by Superdry's iconic archive, we've poured the same obsession with detail and authenticity into every piece to deliver a range that stays true to our Superdry DNA. "Pieces in the range are made from the high-quality fabrics and finishes you would expect from a Superdry garment, and I'm particularly proud that the collection has been made predominantly using organic cotton or recycled yarn." Simon Wolfson, CEO of Next, said: "We are pleased to be collaborating with Superdry on a new range of children's clothes, which Next will be manufacturing and retailing. This builds on the long-standing relationship we already have with the brand."     We are incredibly proud to announce that today marks the opening of our exciting new concept store - Athletic Essentials by Superdry - at Westfield London shopping mall. With a younger female consumer in mind, the Athletic Essentials collection offers a versatile range of modern loungewear and transitional layering pieces that combine vintage vibes with preppy comfort. Speaking at today's opening, our CEO, Julian Dunkerton, said: "The Athletic Essentials store is a really exciting innovation for us, and it's great to be able to move the brand forward and deliver something fresh to a new generation." As always, this new store opening is only possible because of the vision, creativity and dedication of our incredible teams here at Superdry, with collaboration and input from Design, Collection Strategy, Brand Creative, Store Development, VM, Retail Support, Merchandising and IT.     To recognise World Mental Health Day (Thursday, 10th October), we've been hosting a 'Wellbeing Week' at Superdry HQ to encourage our teams to explore and celebrate the many aspects of physical and mental wellbeing, underscoring our commitment to promoting a healthy and supportive workplace culture. ❤️ From wellbeing walks around our local park, to in-house face and hatha yoga sessions, book talks, a wellbeing lunch & learn, complimentary holistic chair massages, and drop-in tea & talk sessions with our Superdry Mental Health First Aiders - we've had a range of activities on offer, enabling our people to take a moment to rebalance and reconnect with themselves and their peers. Our super-talented colleagues have hosted many of the week's activities, taking time out from their busy day jobs to share their wellbeing expertise, knowledge, and personal experiences. Shout out to Jennifer Wilkins, Alexia James, Stuart Lee, Nicole Kilius-Smith, Katie Brookes, Lizzie Moore, & Liz Packe for driving the week's agenda. 🙏 #Superdry #FutureCraftCulture

    As a longstanding partner of Oxfam, I'm delighted that Superdry is supporting Second Hand September this month. We launched our Oxfam 'Give Back' boxes across our UK store estate in September 2021 – a scheme that promotes circularity by encouraging Superdry customers to donate their pre-loved items in our stores. These clothing donations are then passed on to Oxfam, helping them in the fight against global poverty. Here at Superdry HQ, we've been spotlighting this important initiative through a programme of internal events, including a Sustainability 'Lunch & Learn', Clothing Swap Event, and a sustainable 'Super Boost' where we've gifted Superdry branded re-usable water bottles and coffee cups to all of our Head Office teams. Shout out to Superdry's Sustainability Team (Nicola Slater, Owain Proctor, Mollie Field and Alex Wells) for their relentless work in this area, our incredible Retail Teams for supporting the Give Back scheme in stores, and Gary Henry and the team at Oxfam for their continued support and dedication to our sustainability journey. #Superdry #BetterChoicesBetterFuture #Sustainability

    It's been a busy few weeks at Superdry HQ, with our new fragrance - Superdry Real 01 - landing in stores this week, coupled with the upcoming launch of our Superdry Kids collection in collaboration with Next for Autumn/Winter 2024! In true Superdry fashion, we've been eager to share these remarkable milestones with our teams, starting with a Head Office launch event last week that showcased the gorgeous new Superdry Kids range in spectacular style. Over 300 of our colleagues joined us at Dunkertons Park in Cheltenham for delicious food and drink, culminating in a special appearance from the little stars of Chill Dance Academy of Bishops Cleeve, who put our new collection to the test during a high-energy street dance performance! We're privileged to be working with some incredible partners at Lalique and Next, who are helping to propel our brand into new and exciting markets . . . and we're even more privileged to share these amazing moments with our Superdry family. #Superdry #FutureCraftCulture
