🌟 Our annual Christmas Luncheon is truly the pinnacle of the business calendar, offering high-level networking, entertainment, and heavenly food. We’re delighted to announce that chef Caroline Silfverling will once again create the menu this year.   Caroline launched her first catering business in Stockholm in the early 90s. Raised in a family of restaurateurs and musicians on an island just outside Stockholm, she grew up with hospitality in her genes. Her move to London over 20 years ago marked the beginning of a new journey, inspiring her with cuisines from around the world, rich in spices and bold, exciting flavours.   Caroline’s cooking is a tribute to seasonality and locality, telling a story that connects Sweden to London.
