Yum!! Thanks Yasmin and Marie from Team Synergy for your very gorgeous hamper - I know the team are going to love digging into all of these chocolate goodies!! This is definitely a story of the importance of showing up! I first came across Synergy jus a couple of months ago, when Yasmin sat beside me at a Marketing Stockport event, and then was at another event the following evening. Now I don't do much networking any more, but Yasmin recognised me form LinkedIn and was just a really delightful person to talk to. The very next week, I had not one but two clients calling to ask about how to recruit an internal finance person - exactly Yasmin and Marie's area of expertise. If they hadn't shown up, I wouldn't have known where to refer these clients to. There was no hard sell, just being genuinely lovely people, who have done a great job. The only people and businesses we ever recommend or introduce our clients to are those who we feel will be a safe pair of hands, will deal with our clients according to our values and genuinely care about looking after the client's needs as opposed to simply making a sale.
