Feadship yacht Obsidian has been an excellent case study of the use of HVO with many other yachts now bunkering with it where available 🛥 Foiling systems - made mainstream by high performance sailing, foils are being used in anything from commercial applications (Artemis Technologies Ltd) to superyachts (Baltic Yachts Oy Ab Ltd) - huge improvements in handling, seakeeping and fuel economy are just a few of the benefits 🚤 Bio-Composites - Whilst the industry is starting small here, we're already seeing vessels being produced in either recyclable or naturally derived composites. With composite vessel recycling and end of life breakdown one of the industries majoy problems we're hoping to see big strides in the coming years in this area. Our love for innovation goes further than just a passing interest however.
