Last week, we gathered at 'The Gallery' in the Royal Borough of Greenwich offices, with breath-taking views over the city, to cheer on this amazing group who completed our 10-month Inspire-3 leadership programme. 🌟 🎉 Inspire-3 graduates shared insights from their journey, joined by Inspire-2 alumni, who also shared how the programme has shaped their leadership skills. A big thank you to Richard Parkin, for stepping in to host in Jamie Carswell's absence, and to our keynote speakers, Lea Minahan (an ‘original’ Inspire-1 cohort member)and Shaun Flook, for presenting certificates! 👏 🏅 Councillor Pat Slattery delivered an inspiring, uplifting speech, commending the cohort’s dedication, drawing out some great examples from the group as to how the customer experience has improved as a direct result of new awareness and learning gleaned from the Inspire programme!
