#SpeakUpMonth highlights the importance of having a voice and encourages everyone to speak up for safety, support, and positive change.
At First Steps ED, we aim to create a culture where every concern is heard and valued. We offer our staff opportunities to #SpeakUp through various channels such as supervision sessions, anonymous staff surveys, and through our Freedom to Speak Up Guardian. We also encourage staff to #ListenUp and share information through our weekly Multidisciplinary Team meeting, providing an open forum for discussing any issues, ideas, or improvements.
