🌟 Charity Football Tournament Recap 🌟   We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to everyone who participated, attended, and donated to our Charity Football Tournament on Friday, 2nd August.   On what was a glorious, sunny afternoon at Bishop Auckland College, Gestamp emerged victorious in the Charity Football Tournament. Organised in partnership with Bishop Auckland College, who we’d like to say a special thanks to for providing the venue, the tournament was held to raise funds for our charity partner, The Hub of Wishes.   Teams from GEM Partnership, Bishop Auckland College, Gestamp, Husqvarna Group, PSP, and Tekmar Energy competed in some brilliant matches. We are proud of our Tekmar team, who put in a valiant effort and secured 5th place.   Marc Bell, our Managing Director, shared his thoughts: "Frankly, I am disappointed with our 5th place finish. It's clear that we need a lot more training and dedication if we want to compete seriously next year. This performance was not up to Tekmar's standards. We will regroup, train harder, and come back stronger next time. Thank you to the team for their efforts despite the outcome 😉 "   Marc continued "In all seriousness, it is great to support such a worthy cause, and we're grateful to have a team who contribute to causes like this. The commitment and enthusiasm of our team are truly commendable."   Throughout the afternoon, fundraising activities and a raffle with fantastic prizes took place.
