About us
We really fell in love with street food from backpacking through Thailand over 10 years ago. We wanted to bring the amazing flavours, colours and smells back to the UK with us and let people experience the best Thai Food this side of the Koh San Road! So using only authentic Thai and Asian imported ingredients we have replicated the dishes we experiencd with a slight UK twist (not as hot!) Being a mobile caterer we needed a head turning kitchen so we opertated straight from our beautifully restored 1957 split-screen Citroen H van. Slowly moving through UK street markets, company workdays, office lunches and private parties momentum started. Wedding bookings started to snowball and as a result the team grew. We invested in new kitchens to operate 'on the road' as well as larger gazebos and a trailer. We dipped our toe into the world of Festivals and loved it. We now can be found at the likes of Glastonbury, Intothewild, WOMAD, F1, Onthebeach. As well as doing lots of private parties whether this is at someone's home (we set up on driveways, gardens), church halls, schools, office carparks, office rooftops. Anywhere really! We have a real passion for good food and enjoyable events. We hope to sharing our passion for the Thai cusine and feeding you sometime soon.
