The Heathrow Business Summit provides the opportunity to promote economic growth in the local community for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs), suppliers, and Heathrow strategic partners. Delegates can gain an insight into how working with Heathrow will enable SMEs to play a central role in the airport’s operation and wider sustainable supply chain. We are delighted to once again be supporting the event, working together to create future business opportunities. Congratulations to four of our Chamber members - COGENT DISTRIBUTION LTD, X1 Limited, CyberCrowd and Control Energy Costs - who were selected to exhibit at the Summit. 🚨 Businesses will be worried about this. Raising employer NICs, in an already stretched economy, will simply hobble growth and leave firms with less money to invest in their staff. Our research shows that taxation is the top concern for business. Any tax rises must be countered by steps to incentivise investment that smaller firms can access with minimal red tape. This could include a workable R&D Tax Credit scheme and retaining the current level of the Annual Investment Allowance. 👇 https://lnkd.in/eDGRrhxp

Discovering new connections, one pedal at a time! Rolf Woodward As someone with a passion for acting, attending an event at such a unique venue was an inspiring experience. The The Watermill Theatre tour was particularly exciting, offering a behind-the-scenes glimpse of the creative world I deeply connect with. Throughout the day, I had the privilege of meeting talented individuals and organisations that are pushing boundaries and doing exceptional work—especially in the realm of digital transformation. It was fascinating to discuss how innovation is reshaping industries, from how we engage with audiences to how we operate on a daily basis. Truly thought-provoking conversations that highlighted the future of our businesses. A special mention to Tom Exelby, Tom Cole, and Tony Roe MCIArb for the insightful discussions. Reeta Vickers, it was a pleasure to finally have a one-to-one conversation—after so many events, it was great to connect on a deeper level! Fiona Brennan-Scott LTCL MPSA, I’m looking forward to the day we can collaborate on stage together—what a partnership that will be! 🎭 And of course, Manoj Pandya CeMAP and Harry Lomas from Habit Action, we seem to be catching up almost weekly now, and it’s always a pleasure to be in your company. Great event as always Thames Valley Chamber of Commerce Tim Major Exciting times ahead—let’s continue driving digital transformation together! #DigitalTransformation #Collaboration #Innovation #CreativeIndustries #FutureOfBusiness Storetec Services Limited
