Have you ever made a dopamenu? The wonderful care expert Eva hosted a dopamenu creation session for the team earlier this week and it went down a treat 🍬 Particularly as we enter the last couple of months in 2024, the exercise was a way for the team to make sure they have a checklist of things to do which can cause dopamine to be released when feeling stressed. Did you know we host a team day every quarter? 🌟 Last week we had our team day for Q4 and it was a big one for the team! Here's a quick recap of the day’s highlights: 🚗 Alex Buttle (Co Founder of Motorway) spoke about the lessons learned from scaling Motorway & 5 other marketplace businesses. 🧠 Anne-Sophie Fluri led a Mental Resilience Workshop. 🎲 The team got competitive with a game show hosted by Jimmy Cosgrove from Show Time London. and much more including the founder's presentation & a platform team showcase. Still catching our breath from last week 😮💨 Seniorcare by Lottie was busy at Employee Benefits 2024 whilst the rest of the team was up in Birmingham at the Care Show.
