Long time client and friends of the business Tharsus are back on board with the Jackson Hogg Talent Partnership solution. Our Talent Partnership is providing Tharsus with additional resource to manage recruitment, freeing up the HR teams time, and allowing Tharsus to make several key hires across the business in the short term. Over the coming months we will be working with Tharsus to develop their employer brand and help prepare their business for future hiring.

📦The Weird and Wonderful World of Warehouse Automation🤖 By now you might be wondering, how many other ways could we consider goods being moved in a warehouse? 🤔 So far, we have explored robots that move on walls, ceilings, floors, on two legs and on four legs, so now it only makes sense to explore the robot not moving, but actually the floor itself moving instead! Today we explore VersaTile Automation the brainchild of the team at Tharsus, headed up by robotics veteran Joni Rautavuori. This new spin-off from Tharsus uses it's AI supported technology to autonomously move cages, boxes and parcels across its innovative moving floor tiles 🪩 Think about an AMR moving a cage along the floor, now flip the AMR upside-down and make the floor out of them. Instead, the wheels now move the cage along and you are pretty much there in terms of the 'high-level' functionality ⚙️ It offers a truly innovative yet simple solution to existing bottlenecks in current warehouses and DC's, eliminating the need for charging of mobile robots, drastically reducing downtime and allowing fast movement of high frequency items with every location being a carrier and able to move in parrallel. Pioneering the Future of Home Manufacturing with Facit Technologies 🏠 🤖   At Tharsus, we’re proud to partner with Facit Technologies on the development of the FACIT Chassis Printer (FCP), a highly automated machine that’s set to revolutionise home manufacturing. Leveraging our expertise in product design and manufacturing to build strategic machines, we've worked closely with Facit Technologies to bring this innovative technology to life.   The FCP is not just another machine—it's a game-changer. It automates core processes like material loading and unloading, integrates cutting-edge 2D printing capabilities, and features a buffer system for continuous overnight operation. These advancements will enable FACIT to increase the volume of plywood sheets they can cut by 10 times, making scalable, digital home manufacturing a reality.   Our contribution to this project highlights Tharsus’ commitment to driving innovation in automation. The new 2D printing capabilities are particularly noteworthy, as they allow for the printing of codes, QR codes, instructions, and set-out icons directly onto components.
