Some Friday distraction for you. We've spent a bit of lockdown pulling together a little portfolio film. It's only really when you see it all on film that you realise just how busy we've been over the past three years. And we even missed a few projects out! Thank you to everyone involved with each of these projects. A lot of fun was had producing them. Please let us know what you think.

You can’t have a strong employer brand without equally strong employee engagement. Engaged employees make great advocates for the employer brand. What’s more, they are likely to share their positive experiences which helps recruitment. And that's also a great vote of confidence in your culture. https://lnkd.in/e9SKV33p #EmployeeEngagement #EmployerBrand

In this new blog by BrandPointZero, Oli Trotter discusses how culture gives brands depth, meaning and charm. So, why do so many employer brands exist in a silo, missing the opportunity to engage with culture? Using examples from the world of consumer brands, this is a discussion on how culture and responding to cultural trends can reflect the issues consumers care about. And, as we know, consumers are also candidates. https://lnkd.in/eDQsv5eF #Culture #Branding #Meaning

What’s it like to work there? Here’s a great example of how film can help to answer that important candidate question. We had a chat to some of the talented people who work in the pricing team at NFU Mutual, Analytics, Risk, Delivery and Development – and everything in between. We asked them all sorts of questions about working in pricing and for NFU Mutual. This is what they had to say.... https://lnkd.in/eVnzMtwr #EmployerBrand #EVP #RecruitmentMarketing

Following our new article on employee advocacy, here's an excellent piece from the FT. Research shows it can be good for employers - as well as those employees who take part. 86 per cent of employees in an advocacy programme said it had a positive effect on their careers, for example by expanding their network, or offering a way to keep up with industry trends. Done well, everyone benefits, but it comes with risks. It needs a bit of thought. https://lnkd.in/ebKDr3P5 #EmployeeAdvocacy #SocialMedia #TalentAcquisition
