We have partnered with a full-service formulator and contract manufacturing provider for the beauty and personal care space, looking to recruit a Business Development Director – Cosmetic Contract Manufacturing – US.💅🏻💗💄💋 💖To be considered for the role you must meet the following requirements: -Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or related field, MBA a plus. -7-10 years sales or marketing experience. -Strong communication and negotiation skills. -Love of the beauty industry and a desire to learn about products, ingredients, distribution, price points and product placement. 💖Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to: -Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth in line with company objectives. -Manage a POD consisting of a Customer Success Manager and a Customer Coordinator. -Proactively identify and prospect new customers who align with the company's strategic goals. -Manage customer expectations, critical milestone timelines, and pricing to ensure successful project delivery. -Stay up to date on industry trends, including new product launches, competitors in contract manufacturing, and emerging market opportunities. -Work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain professional and technical knowledge of company's capabilities.
