Key takeaways: 🔸Local nuance trumps universal rules. Tailored framework to fit your problem and people, not just one-size-fits-all. 🔸Validation isn’t just technical. It uncovers unexpected human behavior (different reporting practices across countries). 🔸Monitoring must include the human. Bias isn’t just in the model—it’s in us too (think HUMAN drift, not just model drift) A standout quote: “Frameworks should be living documents.
