Your clients may love your work, but they are still open to speaking to your competitors. Why? Because it’s not the work you’re doing that makes them stay — it’s how they feel about the relationship. Emotional metrics are often skipped for being “soft” or hard to measure. After 20+ years of helping our customers *know*, not assume, their customer relationship health, we see it differently.
