A very warm EX Space welcome to Alex Slater, who has just joined us as our very first Community Manager. 👏 Alex recently graduated from Bangor University, where he undertook research into the changing world of work and, specifically, the shift to hybrid working. He's planning to start an MSc in Human Resources Management in 2025 and, during his gap year, wanted to get as much experience under his belt as possible. In his latest blog post, our co-founder Lee Smith shares his thoughts on the lessons the tiny Himalayan Kingdom of Bhutan can teach the world's largest organisations. For nearly five decades now, Bhutan has pursued a unique development philosophy known as Gross National Happiness (GNH), which prioritises the wellbeing of its citizens.
