With a real passion for employee experience, engagement and HR, he's a great addition to our team! In his latest blog post, our co-founder Lee Smith shares his thoughts on the lessons the tiny Himalayan Kingdom of Bhutan can teach the world's largest organisations. For nearly five decades now, Bhutan has pursued a unique development philosophy known as Gross National Happiness (GNH), which prioritises the wellbeing of its citizens.
