The Master Cutler, from The Company of Cutlers in Hallamshire, will present participants in the Challenge with a cheque for £50 for seed funding companies fundraising activities. The Fundraising is limitless, participants are free to organise any fundraising challenge they desire. It could be a bake sale or a sponsored walk or even a gaming marathon or all of them. Whatever events you choose, the Master Cutler and Wentworth Woodhouse will support you along your journey.
Taking part in a fundraising challenge is a great way to get to know your colleagues, strengthen your team and have fun together.
The theme for this year’s Challenge is inclusivity and diversity. The Wentworth Woodhouse Preservation Trust is committed to raising significant sums to support its ambitious community and educational programmes. The money raised is to be used towards a number of targeted programmes at Wentworth Woodhouse including educational projects, community engagement activities, well-being programmes and cultural experiences. This goal will be focused on groups who are often not presented with the same opportunities as others, including people with disabilities, low income households, the socially and economically disadvantaged and ethnic groups.
