During January, MSS Group undertook the valuable task of requesting feedback from our clients. Net Promotor Score (NPS) is a customer loyalty and satisfaction measurement, whereby customers are asked how likely they are to recommend our services to others on a scale of 1-10. Whilst our NPS score is better than average, the invaluable feedback provided will enable us to make improvements to our services as well as understanding what we should continue doing. We do love an unusual building, and this month MSS Consulting's asbestos surveyors have been undertaking a Management Survey at Dale Fort in Pembrokeshire. Originally built in the mid 1800's as an artillery battery to provide interlocking fire with two other forts, it later became a test site for new artillery. In modern times it was acquired by the Field Studies Council, who use it to host thousands of biology and ecology students annually. Lucky them! #Asbestos #HistoricWales

MSS Water recently donated toys and equipment to the Weigh & Play Group at The Bevan Health and Wellbeing Centre, run by the Health Visiting team at Aneurin Bevan University Health Board. Our team had the pleasure of meeting Hayley Jones, Natalie Smith & Rebecca Thomas from ABUHB, who shared how donations like ours make a real difference for families in Blaenau Gwent. The group is fully booked and will soon expand to other areas, providing opportunities for children and families to play and build community connections.
