There is nowt worse than a cuppa that misses the mark. Being specific in business content is like telling someone exactly how you like your tea — it ensures you get what you really want. Imagine asking for a cup of tea "anyway it comes" but not clarifying the type, temperature, or sweetness level. You might get something totally different from what you had in mind, even though you technically asked for tea. The same happens with content. Vague, generalised messaging leaves too much open to interpretation, resulting in a lukewarm response (or, in this case, lukewarm cup of tea). Then you'd be unhappy, disappointed ajd probably a bit confused as to why you didn't get a great cuppa/engagement. When you’re specific — outlining exactly what your business does, the benefits it offers, and how it solves a particular problem — you create clarity for your audience. It them confidence in what you're offering and helps them understand exactly why it's the right solution for them. So what am I trying to say with my weird tea analogy...clear, confident communication in your content will lead to better alignment with your customers, stronger engagement, and a higher likelihood of achieving the results you’re aiming for.
