⚽️ LOOK AFTER YOUR EMPLOYEES ⚽️ What is the old saying… …”you don’t know what you have got until it’s gone”. Mo Salah is into his eighth season at Liverpool. He has become a club legend and compared with greats like Kenny Dalglish and Steven Gerrard. This is probably the biggest compliment from any Liverpool fan. He dismantled Manchester United with ease once again, proving his worth to the fans and club alike. I think Liverpool have rewarded him well up until this point and he is one of the best paid players on the planet (I’m not debating salaries on this post). However, his contract is due to end. Fans are moaning at the fact that this may be his last season. “Pay him what he wants” are the screams from the crowd. We know money talks in football, but it’s not always just about that. Players want to feel the love and appreciation. If you work for a company who truly values you and pays you a fair (competitive) salary would you move jobs? I doubt it, however extreme circumstances might make you think twice. Salah made it clear in his post match interview he really just wants to be spoken to by the club. So, look after your employees and they will give you great service, a good level of work and loyalty. And believe me, you don’t know what you have got until it’s gone.
