📢 Sounddelivery Media has opened applications for its Spokesperson Leadership Programme, a free seven-month initiative designed to equip leaders with the skills, confidence, and networks to drive change. The programme supports those using their lived experience to create impact in their communities, offering media and public speaking training, one-to-one mentoring with journalists, and a residential retreat. 📚 OPEN, a youth-led charity in Shetland, has launched its annual training programme for young people aged 16-25 in the region, running until May. Covering key topics, including leadership, alcohol and drug harm reduction, LGBTQ+ awareness, youth work, mentoring, sexual health, and well-being, the sessions provide a supportive, pressure-free space to learn alongside peer educators. 👉 https://lnkd.in/ePHXc7HT
🤝 A new partnership has been launched to strengthen community-led research in the Eryri region, focusing on tourism, culture, and heritage. The Dolennu network, named after the Welsh word for ‘to link,’ brings together CWMNI CYMUNEDOL BRO FFESTINIOG, Foundational Economy Alliance Wales Ltd, Foundational Economy Research, Llwybr Llechi Eryri, Partneriaeth Ogwen, People's Economy (formerly Economy), Siop Griffiths, and Slate Researchers from the valleys of Ogwen, Ffestiniog, Nantlle, and Conwy.
