❗ One week until our next The RiskBites(R) Club session with Karen Eckstein on ‘How to Handle Complaints from Clients and Regulators’❗ Complaints, whether from clients or regulators, can pose significant risks to any business. A huge thank you to Jamie Humphrey of ReechUs Wellbeing for delivering such an insightful talk today on the risks and costs associated with poor employee health. Jamie highlighted the common mistakes businesses make when implementing employee support initiatives and showed us how to transform those efforts from a simple tick-box exercise into a strategy that makes a real impact—creating healthier employees, reducing risks, and increasing profitability—with measurable data, so you can track and improve performance and monitor the return on your investment. We hope you found the session valuable. If you missed it, don’t worry—the slides and recording will be available on our website soon. We’ll post the link in the comments once it’s live. And don’t forget to join us for our next The RiskBites(R) Club session at 1pm on 12 November, where Karen Eckstein will be discussing 'Complaints and How to Handle Them,' inspired by our new Professional Friend service. If there’s a topic you’d like us to cover or you’d like to join our mailing list, feel free to reach out in the comments or contact Karen or Polly directly. We look forward to seeing you at the next session! #RiskManagement #EmployeeHealth #TrainingAndDevelopment Karen Eckstein Limited

❗ Two hours until our next The RiskBites(R) Club session❗ We are delighted to invite you to our next The RiskBites(R) Club with Jamie Humphrey 😁 of ReechUs Wellbeing on 'From Risks to Results: Uncovering the Real Costs of Poor Employee Health and Practical Solutions for Success'. 📅 Taking place on Tuesday, 8 October at 1pm. Join us for an insightful session with Jamie Humphrey 😁, founder of ReechUs Wellbeing, where Jamie will discuss and: 🔷 Reveal the Hidden Costs: Discover the hidden impacts of employee health issues and how poor employee health - mental, physical, and financial - can lead to higher absenteeism, reduced productivity, and increased staff attrition. 🔷 Explore Practical Solutions: Learn practical (non-fluffy) strategies for promoting employee wellbeing, mitigating risks, and driving positive business outcomes through proactive health initiatives. Thank you to everyone who attended today's The RiskBites(R) Club session, and a special thank you to Gary Yantin from Lexverify for joining us as a guest speaker and demonstrating how technology can transform risk management and prevent risks in real-time. In today’s session, we discussed: 🔍 How risks are often driven by human error and electronic communications. 🛡️ Shifting the focus from protection (reactive) to prevention (proactive) through technology—while keeping humans in the loop. Lexverify can immediately flag actions that might lead to a breach and provide that crucial nudge to stop a risk from materialising. 📊 The importance of collecting and leveraging data to pinpoint where the risks are in your business, assess if your policies, training, and controls are achieving their desired outcomes, and identify where improvements or further investment are needed. If you couldn’t attend the session and want to find out more, a copy of the slides and recording will be available on our website soon, or you can request a copy to be sent to you directly. You can also contact Gary if you would like an in-depth demo, as there wasn’t time within the session to cover all that Lexverify can do! If you have any feedback on the session or if there’s a topic you’d like us to cover, please get in touch or comment below. We love seeing new faces at our sessions, so please recommend us to anyone who might be interested. Looking forward to seeing you at our next The RiskBites(R) Club session at 1 pm on Tuesday, 8 October.
