We are delighted to welcome Paul Silcox to our panel of Design judges to sit at Kinsale this year Paul is Executive Creative Director, Brand Experience at FutureBrand   Paul has been transforming brands into living, breathing entities for 25 years. With a rich background in creating and bringing brands to life through design, Paul has left his mark through leading global agencies such as Fitch, Design Bridge and The Brand Union. His role at FutureBrand is to creatively lead the Brand Experience offer, working closely with clients to deliver unique and distinctive brand-led experiences.    From the UK originally, he has worked for many years out of global hubs including Amsterdam, Sydney, and Mumbai, and is now based back in London. His expertise has propelled ambitious brands like Puma, Air India, and ASICS forward by resonating authentically with their audiences through distinctive brand identity and experience design. We’re The Sharks, so when it comes to getting our awards entries in, we try to project an image of ruthless efficiency. But the truth is we’re suckers for a hard luck story. So when the last few stragglers plead with us for an extra day or two to get their entries in, we don’t see professional hard-nosed creatives, we see….well you get the idea. (nb: you’ve got until midnight on Thursday 12th to get entries in, miss that and it’ll be 2025 before your next crack at a Shark trophy - definitely!)

Tina is currently the Associate Director of Production for TBWA\Chiat\Day in New York, where she has oversees and leads production on brands like LG, Persil, got2b, Dial and many more. She has a background working at various agencies, both big & small, with budgets and timelines both big & small. Most notably, she’s produced iconic work for NBC Sports, New Era Cap Co, and Facebook/Oculus.
