The Urology Foundation and Penguins Against Cancer (PAC) have opened our new fund, the TUF and PAC Smaller Projects Cancer Research Initiative! As part of this fund, we are now funding audit or quality improvement projects for urology cancers on a local or regional basis. We're encouraging applications from urological nurses, urological trainees or consultants and healthcare professionals working in urology. These awards are for small projects which could help improve understanding of cancer diagnosis or treatment pathways, for example what works well and where improvements could be made. For more details and to apply, visit: https://lnkd.in/eyi9dW7B #Urology #Research #cancer #oncology

Are you a healthcare professional treating patients with bladder cancer? Or have you, or someone you know, been diagnosed with bladder cancer? At The Urology Foundation we're committed to supporting people with bladder cancer. That’s why we are undertaking a programme of work to: better understand the experiences of people with bladder cancer; provide information to those who will experience bladder cancer; and call for improved outcomes in bladder cancer both now and in the future. If you know of anyone who might be interested in participating in the project and sharing their experiences, The Urology Foundation would be very grateful if you would invite them to get in touch to find out more.
