With less than a month until the #AJArchitectureAwards ceremony on 3 December 2024, we wanted to showcase the significant projects in the Housing project (£40 million and over) category.   Among them is Child Graddon Lewis’ mixed-use scheme at 300 Harrow Road, which pivoted from 50 per cent private sale to 100 per cent affordable rent following a change in Westminster City Council’s administration.
