We also took the time to celebrate individual successes with our RADHeroes awards. We concluded our QBD celebration with a scenic trip to Ericeira, enjoying the ocean view and cheering on the Portugal Eurocup match. 🇬🇧 London Team Highlights: The London team kicked off their celebrations with a competitive round of crazy golf, followed by a delicious team lunch. We ended the day with a hilarious karaoke session (don't be surprised if 'live vocal performances' gets added to to our list of services...). Empowering Future Talent: Celebrating Work Experience Success at RAD! Over the past two weeks, we had the pleasure of welcoming Kayla to the team at RAD. Kayla spent time with the DC team and other departments, immersing herself in the world of digital consulting with incredible enthusiasm and dedication. Our mission is simple: we aim to make building exceptional tech accessible to everyone. At RAD, we firmly believe that technology has the power to transform businesses and lives, and we are committed to exposing students to tech as early as possible so they can make informed choices about pursuing further education in the industry. By empowering young talents like Kayla, especially young women, we aim to create a more inclusive and diverse tech community. Kayla quickly absorbed the intricacies of the project lifecycle. In just five days, she mastered research and discovery tasks, and on her final day, presented a comprehensive and insightful project plan for improvements to the Snapchat app. Her ability to learn and deliver such a detailed plan in a short period is truly commendable. Following her time at RAD, Kayla shared: "During my work experience at RAD, I had the opportunity to immerse myself in a professional and friendly working environment that was significantly beneficial to my learning. The team was incredibly welcoming and supportive, ensuring that I felt like a valuable part of the organisation from day one. Throughout my time there, I was exposed to a wide array of projects and lessons that enabled me to have a hands-on learning experience, allowing me to apply theoretical knowledge in real-world scenarios and deepen my understanding. My colleagues were always willing to share their expertise and insights, providing me with invaluable guidance and feedback. In conclusion, my work experience at RAD was an amazing opportunity that helped me develop a clearer career direction. I am immensely grateful for the opportunity and look forward to applying what I have learned in my future endeavours."
