✨ €20M seed funding announced – we are delivering on our vision of simulation-enabled QI stellarator design. In April 2023, we hit the ground running on both engineering optimization and high-temperature superconducting magnets to enable clean energy, for good. The new €20M funding propels us towards building the first-of-a-kind #fusion power plant, tackling the challenges of baseload energy that we need to address to meet decarbonization goals. The funding round, led by redalpine, was preempted and oversubscribed, with participation from the German government-backed DTCF | DeepTech & Climate Fonds, the Bavarian government-backed Bayern Kapital, and the Max-Planck-Förderstiftung (Max Planck Foundation). Existing investors, including Plural, UVC Partners, HTGF | High-Tech Gründerfonds, Wilbe | Home for Scientist Leaders, and TOMORROW of Visionaries Club have doubled down on their pre-seed investments.
