We love celebrating the incredible accomplishments of our team at ThinkHigher, both inside and outside of work. We’re thrilled to highlight two outstanding team members who recently achieved remarkable milestones in their personal journeys. Emily Doras and Cherish D. had their well-deserved moment in the spotlight a few weeks ago when they graduated from the University of Warwick We could not wait to publicly and very proudly congratulate them on their impressive achievements. Both Emily and Cherish completed their undergraduate degrees while working part-time with us, consistently delivering exceptional work and never failing to amaze us with their ability to balance numerous responsibilities without compromising on quality—academically or professionally. Their success is a true testament to their commitment, passion, and dedication, and we couldn't be prouder. Emily, pictured first, graduated in July with a First Class Honours Degree in Hispanic Studies and Italian. Cherish, pictured second, also graduated with a First Class Honours Degree in Law with Social Sciences. We are so happy for both of you and look forward to seeing you continue to shine so brilliantly. 🌟

ThinkHigher are excited to announce a new opportunity to join the team as an Operational Hub Lead / Enterprise Coordinator. ThinkHigher is the delivery partner for Coventry Careers Hub, delivering on priorities set out by The Careers & Enterprise Company on behalf of Coventry City Council alongside other local authorities within the West Midlands Combined Authority. They align their work with the Careers and Enterprise Company in their mission is to help every young person to find their best next step. The successful candidate will take a fast-paced approach to taking on and delivering new programmes and projects. They will have an understanding of the Careers Education landscape in England and be keen to strive to help and support colleagues working in careers based roles at schools and colleges across Coventry. They will take pride in project management, regularly monitoring the success of our programmes and intervening when required to ensure projects are delivered to an excellent standard. The ThinkHigher team strives to be inclusive and welcoming, creating safe spaces for colleagues and students to thrive in, embedding anti-racist approaches and providing a powerful voice to underrepresented young people who are at the heart of what we do. Blue Coat School & Music College took some year 10 students to the ThinkHigher "your future" careers roadshow. It was such a well organised event, listening to some really inspiring degree apprentices talk about their experiences, university of Warwick students offering some of the best advice I've heard in a long time, and then learning all about apprenticeships from ASK Apprenticeship Support & Knowledge Centre and witnessing Jamie Ormes game show hosting skills while everyone including me learned a thing or two about FE. Thank you also Emma Culey and Ellie Frankel for hosting us, the feedback from students was brilliant and they would really recommend it to next year's year 10 students.
