To mark #BlackHistoryMonth, we’re proud to highlight two of the programmes we support that empower Black talent. Since 2020 we’ve supported the 10,000 Black Interns programme, welcoming students and recent graduates each summer to benefit from paid work experience across our business. Through the Columbia Threadneedle Foundation, we’re also supporting Action for Race Equality (ARE) to deliver a programme, including workshops and coaching sessions, for Black, Asian, and mixed heritage individuals helping them unlock their full potential in education, employment and business.
