The investment advances The LCap Group’s M&A strategy, further strengthening its leadership consulting solutions across the investment lifecycle. It also reinforces LCap’s belief that management teams are both a critical risk factor and a key value driver—where getting it right or wrong has a significant impact at exit. On the heels of our second nomination for ESG Champion of the Year (Upper Mid-Market), Three Hills’ Head of Sustainability and ESG Stefanie Kneer participated in a panel on enhancing ESG performance with Real Deals in London last week.   The conversation narrowed in on ESG regulations, present and incoming, and how private markets firms can navigate them to drive lasting improvements at portfolio-level. Partnering with research institutions with robust methodologies and science-based targets is core to Three Hills' approach to sustainable investing. Thank you POLIMI Graduate School of Management for having us earlier this season.    Together with Roberto Randazzo, Anna Shpak, and Francesco Mondora, our Head of Sustainability Stefanie Kneer discussed how the investment community is navigating the changing regulatory landscape in Europe and the challenges that lie ahead.

Three Hills Impact was on the road this autumn. Arjan Blok, who co-heads the strategy, was invited to speak at House of Impact (HOI) in Helsinki, Private Equity Insights in Amsterdam, and closer to our London headquarters at With Intelligence's COO forum. While sessions varied, the underlying theme of the conferences centred on generating transformative, sustainable growth. Thank you for having us. 

Three Hills Impact is pleased to announce the successful closing of its investment in Operam Education Group, a leading education resourcing business headquartered in Manchester that provides temporary teaching and support staff to underserved schools across the United Kingdom. Three Hills will work closely with Operam’s experienced, mission-driven management team to cement the Group’s position as a clear market leader by driving further organic expansion. The transaction also provides significant further capacity for M&A. We look forward to partnering with Eddie Austin and the team at Operam as the business pursues its next phase of growth.

Barbara Roversi, Co-Head of Three Hills Impact, spoke at Mergermarket Private Equity and M&A Forum in Milan last month on the rapid evolution of the ESG investing landscape. Sustainable investing is at the core of Three Hills, with over half of investments made to date in businesses with impactful business models. Thank you for having us, ION Analytics.

Three Hills will be at SuperInvestor next month (5-8 November) in Monaco, with two of our colleagues—Abhik R Das, Partner, and Stefanie Kneer, Head of Sustainability—speaking at the event. Anna Vivaldi and Ana Fernández Garrido will also join from the Three Hills Investor Relations team.  We look forward to seeing many of you in attendance.
