    This World Mental Health Day, we took a pause from our busy routines to reconnect and focus on our team's mental wellbeing.    Our offices were filled with baked goods, and we gathered for a tea and talk session, checking in with one another and practising breathing exercises. One of the highlights of the day was spinning the positivity wheel, where we shared uplifting messages and took part in small actions to spread some joy throughout the office.   While these moments of connection are helpful, we know that looking after our mental health is an ongoing journey.     We have been made aware of individuals impersonating Tiger Recruitment consultants and sending fraudulent job offers through WhatsApp.   Here’s how to spot a scam:   - Generic greetings: messages starting with “Sir/Madam” or your phone number - Watch for errors: multiple spelling and grammar mistakes - Be wary of personal requests: if someone reaches out for personal information without prior contact, don’t engage - It’s too good to be true: receiving a job offer without interviewing or being offered a higher-than-normal salary   If you suspect a message is not legitimate, do not reply.
