Following a tragic speedboat accident in 2013 that claimed the lives of her husband and daughter, Victoria was left with an amputation. Her story of rebuilding her life - facing new titles such as widow, sole parent, and amputee - along with her courage in sharing her journey, helps others understand the importance of empathy, giving individuals the space to bring their whole selves to work, and fostering a culture of kindness.
