It was a chance for our team to connect and start the week on a positive note. At TNG, we recognise the importance of supporting each other, especially during the darker and colder days of winter. Over the years, she has taken on increasing responsibilities, and in her new management position, she will now oversee all project invoicing and serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries related to accounts. Jane will also be responsible for Board Meeting reporting and other key financial functions. Known for her warm, friendly, and approachable personality, Jane has built strong relationships with both colleagues and clients alike. Celebrating 25 Years with a Spooktacular Twist! Last night, TNG kicked off the first of two celebrations for our 25th Birthday, and what better way to celebrate than with a Halloween-themed party! We welcomed friends, family, and colleagues to a spooky networking evening at The Grand in Southampton. Southwestern House is supposed to be one of the most haunted buildings in the city, so it was the perfect place to hold our eerie event. We were thrilled to see such a fantastic turnout! The past 25 years have flown by, and it feels like only yesterday we first turned the key at 4 Carlton Crescent, our original home. Last night was a wonderful opportunity to reminisce about our journey, reflecting on past events, projects, and the relationships we've built. It truly highlighted our achievements and the many stories we have to share. In our 25 years, we've completed over 3,500 projects for more than 200 clients, sponsored 19 junior engineers through university, and employed 142 individuals. We take pride in our contribution to business and employment in the area, and we’re especially passionate about encouraging young talent into Building Services Engineering. We feel truly honoured and blessed. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us last night or sent their well wishes. We also want to express our gratitude to everyone we've connected with since 1999. We’re excited about what lies ahead for TNG and hope you’ll continue on this journey with us. In just two weeks, we’ll be celebrating our achievements in the Channel Islands at our second Birthday Jersey based event. We look forward to thanking everyone once again for their continued support and friendship! To all our friends, we raise a virtual glass to you. Happy Birthday TNG!

Following our 25th birthday celebrations and the unveiling of our new logo, we are excited to announce that the new TNG website is now live! In our milestone year, we decided to undertake a brand refresh as we embark on a new chapter for TNG. With the next generation of management now in place, we are ready to move forward. Our name, TNG (The Next Generation), has always signified progress and opportunity. Each member of our current Board of Directors has advanced through the company themselves taking on new roles and responsibilities over the years. Now, it’s our turn to share the leadership and management with ‘the next generation’. We invite you to explore our new website, which reflects our fresh direction.
