We ended the Blue Earth Summit with an inspiring panel discussion featuring our co-founder, Caroline Grey, alongside incredible leaders including Vivien Wong (Co-founder of Little Moons), Alexandra Smith (Co-founder of FuturePlus), and Gihan Hyde (Founder of Communique| B.Corp). The conversation centred on the critical role of diversity and inclusion in driving sustainable business practices, and the return on investment when sustainability principles are embedded in company strategy. What an incredible couple of days at our Q3 QBR. Performance off the charts, team exploding in size and pinching ourselves of what we’ve achieved in our formative stage. 🌍 We had team members in from all corners of the globe participating in a fun packed couple of days! 🧠- We had an eye opening session with PROPHET Profiling where we really got to grips with the balance in our team and how we best leverage our strengths and drive collaboration with our opposites! 🗒️ We worked hard to keep sessions fast paced but driving objective outcomes to also keep the team moving at pace 🍿 We showcased our latest innovations across our #supplychain #carbon #insurance and #risk products and took a short and long term view on what’s coming. 😆 We laughed a lot and got to welcome two new spirit animals to the mix. Enter the Rat and the Albatross! 📸 We visited the Tower of London experience which is opposite our office so we can really see that all of the fuss is about. Spoiler, it’s cool and a completely unique place to be…31 million 🧱 were used to build it 🤓 🍾 We partied and toasted to a all we’ve achieved and all we are about to deliver! We can’t share all the detail but we can share that we’ve left energised, feeling more fortunate, aware of our strengths and others but also cognisant of how we better leverage each other to accelerate as a team! Kudos to this team and all that is to come for Treefera 🌳
