With new reporting standards on the horizon, lenders and investors are increasingly favouring businesses with strong ESG credentials. 🌍 Access to funding is changing. Green loans and sustainability-linked loans are already offering businesses with ESG policies more favourable terms. Meanwhile, private equity and buyers are looking for ESG-aligned businesses to invest in. SMEs that integrate ESG into their strategy could access better funding terms, attract investment and enhance their exit value. In our latest blog, Keiran Taylor, senior lead advisor in our Leeds office, explores how ESG reporting could impact SME valuations and corporate finance strategies. 🌱 Read Keiran's insight on our website ➡️ https://lnkd.in/epyQhrkj #ESG #corporatefinance #SMEs #credentials #privateequity #businessvalue
