💭 Did you know that in 2024, girls aged 10-13 are more likely to feel satisfied with their lives, compared to their counterparts from previous generations? While that is an incredibly positive statistic, there is still a long way to go. That is why our Dove Self-Esteem Project is on a mission to reach young people with self-esteem and body confidence education. Whether you work in our Dove brand or not, any of our Unilever employees are able to volunteer and make a tangible impact. After receiving training, our volunteers spend a day in their communities, delivering body confidence workshops in schools and making a real difference. 💙 Over the past 20 years, the Dove Self-Esteem Project has reached 114 million young people. This year alone, volunteers in over 30 countries have joined this mission. As Meg Morrison, one of our volunteers, shares: “It’s incredibly rewarding to bring Dove’s purpose to life and see the direct impact we have on young people, helping them build a positive relationship with their appearance.” Visit Dove.com/self-esteem to download free, evidence-based resources. *Dove’s The Real State of Beauty: A Global Report, 2024. #UniquelyUnilever #Dove #DoveSelfEsteemProject

💭 Did you know at Unilever we’ve expanded accessible QR codes across 35 brands in 25 markets? In recognition of World Sight Day, we’re proud to celebrate the accessibility pioneers who are leading the way to champion this innovative technology for Unilever. 🙌 Marc Powell PLY, Global Accessibility Centre of Excellence (CoE) Lead at Unilever, said: “At Unilever, our accessibility vision is to make our brands unmissable for everyone.” The introduction of accessible QR (AQRs) codes has meant that blind and partially sighted people have the same freedom, independence and choice to select their favourite Unilever products.
