  • There’s a race to upgrade to S/4HANA and meet SAP’s 2027 deadline. Yet once businesses start a project, finding the resources and skills to implement a successful transformation becomes a whole new challenge. The recruitment process in this space is difficult. It’s time-intensive, often extremely difficult to find talented professionals and enormously competitive. Hiring managers are typically taken away from their day to day duties to trying to find potential hires. Uniting Enterprise has recently seen success working with a leading pharmaceutical company in #Germany, helping them attract talent to their end-to-end greenfield implementation of S/4HANA.     Meeting SAP’s 2027 deadline, for when it will stop providing mainstream maintenance for Business Suite 7, is not an easy challenge to overcome, and often requires deep expertise to manage successfully. Uniting Enterprise recently worked with a leading global pharmaceutical organisation and its chosen digital transformation consultancy, who were finding it difficult to source key talent throughout their project.
