Yes, dear reader, meet the Peanut Butter Jelly Cake: a product innovation for the Uren NPD team that’s set to change the dessert game forever. (Mic drop.) Now, let’s break this down like a high-stakes, Top Chef-worthy creation: The Ingredients: Defatted Peanut flour: Because we like our peanuts smart. Regular peanut butter just wasn’t fancy enough, so we upgraded to peanut flour for that intense peanut punch. You won’t just taste peanuts; you’ll feel them in your soul. IQF raspberry crumble: For those not in the food biz, IQF stands for "Individually Quick Frozen," which basically means this raspberry crumble has been perfectly preserved for freshness. It’s practically raspberry magic that gives the cake a perfect tartness in every bite. Nibbed peanuts: Think of them as peanut confetti. They add a satisfying crunch to every slice, like a party in your mouth—except the kind of party that doesn’t leave peanut shells everywhere.
