Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS have launched their new Big Quality Conversation survey for 2024-2025! This survey will help in understanding what the experience is like for people when they come into hospitals and are in our care. The survey is for patients, carers, families and friends and we would like to encourage anyone who has experienced care at one of the Worcestershire hospitals in the last 12 months to share their feedback. To complete the survey please visit: https://lnkd.in/es4Dsaa8 The Big Quality Conversation is 100% anonymous and your feedback helps us to improve our services. The results directly inform our Quality Priorities which are publicly reported on every year. The survey ends on 5th January 2025.

Worcestershire County Council are inviting VCSE organisations in the area, and residents who volunteer, to complete the survey regarding a proposed online volunteer recruitment portal for Worcestershire. The council is seeking feedback on this project from organisations that recruit and manage volunteers (or plan to in the future) to shape how the portal will work, to ensure it is fit for purpose. It is important that the council receives feedback from a wide range of organisations and therefore responses will be very much appreciated. Your feedback is really important in the development of this portal so if you would like to share your views, then please use the link below.
