This upgrade eliminates the need for back-office intervention, making it easier than ever to manage customer requests in the field. 💡 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗜𝘁 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀: By enabling the 'Allow Cancellation' option in the Location settings, sellers can instantly access the Perform Refund button on their terminal app. This feature streamlines the cancellation process, ensuring that customer bookings can be efficiently managed and refunded directly from the point of sale. For example, if a customer wishes to cancel a booking while on-site, your team can scan the ticket, hit the Perform Refund button, and complete the cancellation within moments. This feature allows you to set individual limits on multiple entry types, offering more detailed control over your visitor breakdown, flow and their experience. 💡 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗜𝘁 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀: Alongside setting a total capacity, you can now assign specific limits to different entry types, such as tickets, tours, or packages. This means you can manage how many spots are available for each type, allowing you to 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗹 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘂𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗮 𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲.     Pizza, just the ticket if you are hungry! 🎫🍕 Just like making the perfect ticketing solution, to make a perfect pizza you need the right ingredients. Last month, we gathered in the beautiful Petritoli village for an exciting competition to crown the best pizza chef among us 🧑🍳. To start with, we had expert instruction from an award-winning Neapolitan pizzaiolo before being let loose to make our own creations 🤩. We kept our innovations going with Lourenço Rente's bold move - a pineapple pizza he bravely introduced to the local chef, however he was no match for Barbora Zemanová and her award-winning Neapolitan pizza. Congratulations, we are sure it tasted just as good as it looked 🎉. A special thanks to Danilo Federici from TurisMarche and Mamma Rosa for hosting this fantastic experience 🙌🏻. We're looking forward to our next pizza challenge back in the office 🚀.
