Our Annual Conference 2025 was full of inspiration, innovation and connections! 🙌 “Positive Evolution” was held at the recently renovated Imago Venues, Burleigh Court Conference Centre and Hotel, and brought together over 130 industry leaders, professionals, and suppliers to exchange ideas, discuss future trends, and connect with like-minded individuals - creating an atmosphere charged with positive energy and forward-thinking insights. Delegates gained world-class insights on topics like innovation for growth, marketing trends, winning mentality, and customer experience excellence, before an inspiring talk from Dr Alison Edgar MBE on breaking barriers in hospitality. 🗣️ The conference programme included breakout workshops covering 'selling 7 days a week, HR legal updates, and a plant forward catering workshop, showcasing sustainable dining. 🍽️ In between these wonderful sessions, attendees networked with 22 exhibitors and prefered partners, including the event's Key Sponsor, View It 360 , with the event concluding with a dazzling gala dinner around a 'four seasons' theme. 🌸 "As a delegate at the VOE Annual Conference, I had the opportunity to explore ways to encourage positive evolution. The event featured inspiring speakers who shared valuable insights, providing an excellent platform for networking and exchanging ideas. It also provided an opportunity to engage with a number of excellent exhibitors at the event.
