There are SO many processes and one-off experiments that happen on the bench that go completely untracked yet can sometimes be so key to platform. Devices like this fill that gap! 🤔Imagine it now💭 You have a small budget but you can probably make the case as a company for 6 benches, 6 iPreps, 6 hand held barcode scanners, 6 laptops, and 6 scientists. You fill the gaps of devices (tables, readers, centrifuges, etc) using Tek-Matic, Copia Scientific, LarianTech. You can pretty quickly integrate the wild operations that happen on this deck into your LIMS with some basic programming experience. Beep some tubes, beep some plates, move some reagents, make some API calls…. Boom you’re quickly on your way to a lab of the future. You’re very rapidly already creating a rich ecosystem of assay data every day while allowing your scientists to maintain their human nature, and you’re doing it at a reasonable price as well! Another awesome application for this thing is just the wild labware world it can handle! Lunatic chips from Unchained Labs, THE JESS CHIP from ProteinSimple, they had the zoo at the booth.
