Fantastic ‘collabing’ with my former partner-in-crime Ella Dolphin to co-host the wrap party for Advertising Week Europe! As always, Ella was in charge and I provided the entertainment… The Stylist Group X Soho Radio proved to be a massive hit as we celebrated Future is Female with tunes from the supremely talented Iraini Mancini (new album out now!..), and the incredibly excellent artist, DJ and producer Gracie Convert. A fabulous showcase but what the brand is about, so please DM me if you want to get onboard the SR train. Thanks also to Take That for taking the support slot. We’re always looking for new talent for the station, but we’ll be in touch… Perfect end to a great week, as ever sublimely executed by the one and only Lord Matt Scheckner and his unstoppable team. I applaud Spotify on their volte face re exclusivity on Rogan and others, but it’s the humble ‘rss feed’ that’s the real winner here, which continues to provide independence and economic mobility for thousands of podcasters. The question we get asked the most by talent we work with is "which podcast platforms will the show go out on?" It’s pretty incredible that we can respond with ease and confidence, “everywhere”. Can't even begin imagine that in other media. Don't worry, no sales pitch here.
