He wanted to create an original social video format that was totally unique to him, embodied his sense of fun and unique infectious personality, and allowed for free-flowing content collaborations with other celebrities and creators. The result? I’m delighted to finally be able to post about the deal – which was the result of so much hard work and commitment from the teams involved. Our capital structure and balance sheet is transformed, with much less debt – and we now have an access to investment capital. This is a deal that unlocks so much new potential for YMU, our colleagues, clients and customers: * We’re investing in our business - we have been working behind the scenes for the last 6 months on some additions to the Group which will further propel us in our core business areas - details coming soon * We’re on the hunt for acquisitions * We’re reshaping aspects of the business for the future – more to come on that tomorrow!
