🧡 **Giving Back to Our Community** 🧡 Vital and client are thrilled to share the heartwarming experience of volunteering at the children's hospice gardens for Richard's house, a hospice which has run for 24 years. Through the collaborative efforts of our team at Vital and our partners at Balfour, we've been able to bring finishing details to what is already a fantastic area for the children. Over the past two days, we've dedicated our time to transforming the gardens features and play areas, into a space where, hopefully, children and their families can find some peace and make memories together even more so with it more updated. Small touches like fences repaired and water features fixed, including the beach area updated as well as having the updated the light sensory systems to memorial areas. A huge thank you to everyone who contributed their time and skills. Your hard work and dedication have truly made a difference and it has been a pleasure to be just a small part of it. It’s incredible what we can achieve when we come together for a cause that touches many hearts - I have personally found it so thought provoking and am grateful to have been involved. The Salford Triathlon is fast approaching, which takes place on Sunday 28th July. Morson Group is the main sponsor of this event and we are building up momentum with our colleagues to celebrate our involvement in this local sporting competition. We have launched a virtual fitness competition on Strava where colleagues can choose between running, swimming, or biking to emulate the Salford Triathlon. We are excited to announce the arrival of our new safety conversation vehicle, specifically designed to engage and brief our workforce more efficiently and comfortably. One of the new features includes solar panels installed on the roof, providing an eco-friendly energy source to power the facilities inside. The new vehicle is a testament to our commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in workforce safety. We look forward to using it to ensure a safer working environment for everyone 🚐🦺

Recently, myself along with staff from Network Rail took part in a joint site visit to Milton Keynes Central to see our Vital Human Resources (Rail, Resources, Solutions, Security) patroller who is a static guard at the station. It was brilliant to see our patroller in action and great to have positive feedback from all of our railway community that’s engaged with him on a day to day basis. 🧡🖤
