A very insightful article from the Financial Conduct Authority’s (FCA) on their collaboration with FinTech Scotland to drive innovation and regulatory progress in the fintech space. At FinTech Scotland, we believe that collaboration with the FCA helps create an environment where #fintechs can develop responsible #innovation while ensuring consumer trust and safety. Well done to NestEgg.ai, Moneyline, Inbestai, Vouchsafe, Ask Silver for their success in this TechSprint. https://lnkd.in/ejUcqkpY #FinTech #Innovation #Regulation #FinancialServices #FinTechScotland #FCA #OpenFinance #AI #Scotland #Collaboration

📜 I've just written about my journey from coding to pitching for Vouchsafe. As a multidisciplinary technologist, this experience gave me a whole new perspective on our startup. 💡 Key takeaway? I now truly understand why we build so quickly. 🤔 Fellow technologists, have you ever explored roles outside your primary function in a startup? What insights did you gain? 🔗 Read the full story on my Medium: https://lnkd.in/ebjjvBdK

Nobody tell Chloe Coleman a day late would be November 1 🤫
🧡🧠 It's ADHD awareness month! 🧠🧡 (Naturally, I'm a day late) At Vouchsafe, we are trying to build an inclusive, neurodiverse-led culture and environment. We're not perfect, and every day is a school day, but there are a few things that we do that we've found to be incredibly helpful and, dare I say it, nourishing. The first I want to share of these is: 🪑 sitting however and wherever the hell you want 🛋️ Adaptable seating is a really important adjustment for neurodiverse folk; especially for people with dyspraxia! We've got an armchair, sofas, normal chairs, spinning office chairs and the floor, and anyone is welcome to anything. To celebrate ADHD awareness month, and all the brilliant spicy brains out there, here are some photos of us (well, mostly Jaye Hackett, sorry pal) doing chairs wrong... actually, not wrong. Very very right.
