Various critical steel castings for industry segments like valve manufacturers, pump manufacturers, food processing machinery manufacturers, pharma machinery manufacturers, chemical industries & railway etc are produced by our manufacturers. All processes adhere to ASTM, DIN and IS standards and facilities are designed to meet variable requirements in terms of size, weight, criticality and almost all grades of Steel castings. Majority of the components are supplied in finish machined condition with relevant NDT testing done.

MELTING SECTION: The furnaces are equipped with new technology of Melt evaluator which shows the KWHr reading, excess units consumed for heat & does the auto sintering process. The melting section has online molten temperature measurement facility. It also has full-fledged fume extraction system installed, considering environmental norms. We have various ladles from 300kg to 1.5MT with Lip & Tea spout pouring arrangement.

At the melting section, our manufacturers have two Inductotherm make Coreless Induction Furnaces with 450KW furnace panels for pot capacity 500kg & 1000kg.

Our Manufacturers' Foundry use AutoCAST Simulation Software (Virtual pouring) which predicts the complete casting process including filling, solidification, cooling and allows the qualitative prediction of various properties of the cast product. They use this facility for methoding which saves actual shop trials and saves time in producing good castings at first go. The necessary method cards are made for every item and are preserved.

In general Structural design engineers consider three different steel casting alloys, as specified by ASTM standards: - ASTM A27 Grade 70-40 Carbon Steel Casting for General Application Composition; - ASTM A148 - Grade 80-50 High Strength Castings for Structural Purposes Composition; - ASTM A958 - Grade 8620, Class 80/50: Steel Castings with Tensile and Chemical Requirements for specially stressed joints, architecturally exposed joints with corrosion/chemical resistance properties. Cast parts produced for customers who manufacture assemblies for the USA & European Petrochemical / Flame Arrester markets. The precision castings are produced in Carbon & Stainless Steels, supplied in the fully machined condition & fully tested.

Different types of impellers including runner impeller, vane impeller, spiral centrifugal impeller, swirling impeller can be produced according to customer's requirements in terms of size, weight, criticality and almost all grades of Steel castings. Majority of our components are being supplied in finish machined condition with relevant NDT testing done.

GAS FILTER BODY. Manufactured by our supplier in Rajkot India. Previously produced by the fabrication route. Now, the majority of parts, including the main body, are produced by Lost Wax Investment Casting Process, Machined, Assembled and Pressure Tested and dispatched to our U.K. customer.

A range of Differential Bevel Gears for all types of heavy and light commercial vehicles, agricultural tractors, cars and earth moving equipment are produced by our manufacturers.
