Developing soft skills of people in green teams, to smash sustainability & business goals the earth needs us to hit 🌎

About us

Great products or services don't always lead to successful businesses. A lack of people (or soft) skills, slows or restricts business success. This will stop the businesses that exist to make a difference to the world we live in, from achieving their purpose. We want green or environmentally driven organisations to be resilient, commercial and sustainable. We want them to feel the positive ripple effect that’s brought about by enhancing the skill sets of their teams. Their brilliant people, lead to brilliant business outcomes which leads to the brilliant environmental improvement that we all desperately need to see happen. And happen quickly! Commercial conversations are important for success. We’ve set out to share our knowledge and support people so brilliant organisations can have an even bigger impact on the world we live in. Our mission is to empower environmentally purpose-led organisations to cultivate a culture that makes positive things happen.

Stepping up from being "one of the team" to leading it can feel like a big leap, especially in a purpose-driven environment. Here are 5 tips to make the transition smoother: 1️⃣ Be Clear & Communicate: Let your team know what to expect from you now—keep those lines open. 2️⃣ Earn Trust: Show up consistently and lead with integrity by doing what you say you will, to build credibility. 3️⃣ Find the Balance: Stay approachable but don’t shy away from making tough calls. 4️⃣ Lift Your Team Up: Focus on helping your team grow and take on new challenges. 5️⃣ Keep Learning: Ask for feedback, be open to new ideas, and learn as you go. It’s all about guiding your team while staying true to those sustainability values! 🌍  #Leadership #Sustainability #TeamGrowth #ManagementTips #PurposeDrivenLeadership
