We are ecstatic to share that we have shot up the ranks to 12th place on the The Social Mobility Foundation's Employer Index, the annual benchmarking and assessment tool for employers, and the UKI’s leading authority on employer-led social mobility. Achieving this accolade for the third consecutive year, rising from 43rd place in the first year, to 39th last year to 12th place this year is a source of great pride for us and demonstrates our unwavering commitment to advancing the social mobility agenda. Throughout 2024 we have increased partnerships and collaboration with key social enterprises, charities, and small businesses as well as a renewed focus on data collection allowing AMS to understand the socio-economic makeup of colleagues based in the UKI region. In addition, we have been able to leverage the amazing work being carried out by AMS Talent Lab with every element of their process designed to impact social value and provide opportunity to untapped and under resourced talent. As we look ahead, we are eager to capitalize on the opportunity to make a greater impact on our communities by leveraging what is at the heart of our business – creating new, good career opportunities for all as well as ensuring our own recruitment and selection processes adhere to our social mobility goals and ambitions.
